Ingredients You'll Need 🛒:

  • 250g Paneer (Cottage Cheese), cubed
  • 3 large Tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 medium Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter (Unsalted preferred)
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala
  • Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) for garnish

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions 👨‍🍳:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook on medium heat until the oil starts separating from the masala.
  4. Stir in the dry spices (salt, chili powder, turmeric) and mix well.
  5. Add the paneer cubes and a splash of water. Cover and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Lower the heat, stir in the fresh cream, and sprinkle crushed Kasuri Methi on top.
  7. Serve hot with Butter Naan or Jeera Rice.
